I am a geneticist and bioinformatician working on genomics in a French hospital.
I am a certified expert with the Qt framework and I mainly use Python and C++ to create modern graphical interface for native desktop application in the field of genomics.

I am working on opensource GUI software for the analysis of data coming from genome sequencing. For instance, the cutevariant software which is intended to detect genetic mutation for the diagnosis of rare disease.
I develop these free and opensource applications in my spare time. For this reason, a sponsor would be helpful.
