Support `satisfies ExportedHandler` and `export default` #332

It would be nice to be able to run the following snippet:

export default {
  async fetch(request) {
    return new Response(...);
  },
} satisfies ExportedHandler;

I don't think we should make it default (pun intended), but supporting it would be nice.
