Document "Enable AoT Compilation [y/N]:" option in the template

I cannot find documentation which describes what the Enable AoT Compilation [y/N]: option, which the template presents to me, does.

On the same level, I do have a question on whether documenting the option may be enough to default to "N" and remove this from the template prompt?

This has now been removed from the template. Keeping open until we document the option.

Should we document this in a README that we ship along with the templates or what do we think would be the best place to document this?
