Catch unabletoreadfileexception

Bug description

statamic/cms#10786
has removed the need to catch all not found exceptions, but now we need to catch the relevant flysystem exception instead.

This issue is to notify on that before the new statamic release

How to reproduce

Checkout the latest dev version of statamic, and cause an error where the image cannot be found.
an error will be thrown instead of the image not being rendered.
