Translate relational/dropdown field

I am using spatie-laravel-translatable-plugin works fine. But for relational (one2many) field it does not work.

Example: I have Country model and it's related with Location. While I am creating Location and i want to select Country based on Location language.

I expect Country in Arabic language. But it's always showing English.
