We haven't heard back from Apple. @patrickwoodhead I believe it's for you to start the last part of the process yourself. You can use this address to enroll: https://developer.apple.com/enroll/. I have forwarded you the email with the D-U-N-S number

I have submitted an application to Apple but got back a strange response. It is now with them to review but looking at comments in forums from those who have had a similar experience, I'm concerned it may take some time to get a response.

Apple reviewed the application and we are now beyond the strange response. They are doing a new round of reviewing in order for us to complete enrolment. Back on track.
