The instructions say to

"téléchargez le fichier .tgz correspondant à votre plate-forme (linux-ia32 ou linux-x64)."

.. but these file are no longer present in latest releases

Version of Sozi and other relevant software

release >= v22.03.25 have the issue
release < v22.02.03 did not yet have the issue

Reading your issue report again, it seems that there are two concerns:

• The installation instructions are outdated. This is addressed in the new version of the documentation.
• The latest release does not provide a Linux tarball, which seems to be the point of the discussion at Atypical(?) Gentoo Linux User Installation Issues first time in 9 years Sozi#654
