Is it possible that ipxwrapper could support the original Command & Conquer and Red Alert?

It supports other IPX C&C games using the wsock32.dll, but C&C1 and Red Alert versions 2.0 and lower uses an older library: thipx32.dll so ipxwrapper doesn't work.
