PekkoHttpServerRequest creates a sttp.model.Uri using inefficient conversion:

override lazy val uri: Uri = Uri.unsafeParse(ctx.request.uri.toString())

This takes quite some CPU and can be optimized by converting Pekko's URI parts to sttp URI manually.
