Where is top menu?

When I choose "Full screen", Top Menu also disappear. That's right.

When Mouse is over on the screen, only shows bottom bar without top menu.

Let's Thinking. If you want to choose some menu or change window mode or minimalize, and so on.

you have to change "full screen mode" to "normal mode", and you can do something.

Smplayer seems to be a fairly old and well-made program. But I don't know why these basic things are missing.
