Add shader library via GUI

fairly annoying to do it by text strings and it excludes people who won't bother even trying or even knowing the option is there.

there are some next level shaders coming out like the blur buster's beam shader and some of the newer CRT simulators. It's important to have them in the best video player. A lot of passion has gone into these.
