小程序：wx.setStorageSync()和wx.setStorage()两个方法接受的参数不一致 #13

之前没仔细看，今天用的时候发现给setStorageSync传递对象参数会报错

带Sync，接受的参数是字符串以逗号分隔，不带Sync的接受一个对象作为参数，可以写回调函数
