Setting the Module ID for a ButtonPress and sending it to Manticore UI causes an UNSUPPORTED_RESOURCE error #121

Determined this can be resolved by updating Manticore to set Module ID to CLIMATE_FULL or RADIO_FULL, depending on button, and including just one button of each type as default. See https://smartdevicelink.com/en/guides/core/feature-documentation/remote-control/#button
