Describe the bug

I tried to use command "yarn global add solcjs",

however, it is showing "There appears to be trouble with your network connection. Retrying..."

The problem started after the installation of yarn, nvm and ethers. Now it is giving trouble to compile and deploy ethers simple storage contract.
