SATSAVES Dir, Remove Unneeded Error Messages

Change all devices to use the SATSAVES directory instead of SAVES. Satiator users will need to rename their directory. Fixed unneeded error messages with Satiator.

Beta: Partition Support for FDD

Beta build that adds support for partitions. Specifically this is to address an issue where only the first partition of the Saturn Floppy Disk Drive is seen.

Fix Potential Crash

Fixes potential crash related to large save file allocations. Recommend everything update to this version. Root cause: johannes-fetz/joengine#47.

List Up to 255 Saves

Able to list up to 255 saves. Previous limit was 32.
