Didn't realize this when I created this as I've run everything on the same machine, but other users will get a warning from Windows that myqr.exe is unsigned, and it will attempt to stop you from running it. This isn't a great look, so packing a standalone python installation with the released would be a good alternative.

Bundling a WinPython dot release with the specific required packages installed seems like a good option.
