Add support for WSL

Fixes #53

I've tested this locally on my machine; I'm happy to take ownership of this feature, and so be assigned any issues that might arise from it :)

Here's a quick screenshot of it being run from within the Linux subsystem (i.e not on the native Windows filesystem):

I don't have any development sdks (aside from say the custom JDK that is packed with IntelliJ) installed on my host; I operate purely in WSL for my command line stuff, so the exes run fine regardless of location.

@sindresorhus it seems that xo has changed its import ordering rules at some point?

Running fix locally results in different results, so I've manually corrected and included said corrections in this PR - happy to break them out if you're prefer :)
