Our fork of puppetlabs/puppetlabs-hocon added EL8 support in the metadata.json, but hasn't been released or tagged. As a result, the 1.1.0 hocon module's metadata.json does not claim to support EL8. This doesn't prevent the module from compiling or working, but it raises warnings on the Puppet Server while compiling.

Context: the hocon module is a dependency of simp/pupmod:

 ├─┬ simp-pupmod (v8.3.1)
   └─┬ puppetlabs-puppet_authorization (v0.5.1)
     └── puppetlabs-hocon (v1.1.0)
