Include service deployment timestamp in output #11

Currently, when multiple services are being deployed, it's not easy to know when the service deployment exactly occurred. This is useful for tracking down deployment issues by the second.

Options:

  1. Log the date at the start of the deploy
  2. Adjust the prefix to always include the timestamp.
