[Feature Request] Sticky message on top of group chat

Would be very nice to have a function that lets group admins set one (or more) message(s) to sticky, making them appear duplicated at the top of the group chat OR in some seperate menu area.
Alternatively a group description with enough room would be handy too..

Some way to keep track of rules for a certain group, important information, etc.
