Accessing Media Gallery Navigator Buttons from Chat View

Bug description

If you open a photo from messages there is no way to see the previous/next Image or Video.
but if you open it from all media then the buttons become available

Steps to reproduce

1. open a photo from chat view.
2. open a photo from all media view.
3. compare.

The arrows are only present if multiple images are sent in the same message. So thats a start, I guess.

But IMO expected behaviour would be to be able to navigate through all images available in the selected chat (as is the case with other messaging applications).

Navigation seems to be handled in "ts/components/LightboxGallery.tsx" via prevState, but I don't understand how previous messages would be accessed here.
