GUI - View Labels - numeric labels should sort numerically

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Open the view labels tab using a basedata with numeric labels.  
2.  The list view treats them as text, so values are sorted non-numerically


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A sort should be like 1,2,3,10,20.  Instead it is 1,10,2,20,3.

This will need checks for whether the data are floats or ints and then assign 
the column type accordingly.  The sort function will also need to be set 
accordingly.
