What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a dissimilarity analysis (sorenson, jaccard etc) but with neighbour
specification that will result in no groups in neighbour set 2. Alternately,
run such an analysis with empty groups where set 1 or set 2 will have no labels
to compare against.

The returned value for these sets is 1, when it should be undefined.

This is partly related to issue #181
