Allow turning on and off styles, relative to current settings

It would be nice to be able to turn on and off styles relative to the current settings.

For example, using - could disable a style, and + could enable a style.

Some examples:

• --style=full --style=-numbers -- Everything except line numbers.
• --style=full,-numbers -- Everything except line numbers.
• --style=+headers,+rule,-changes -- Default, with headers and rules without changes.
