This will allow folks to push to their own forks.

Do you mean only if they have forks, or to create a fork for them regardless?

Adding a wont-fix labels since discussing with @zachmandeville.

Reason:

  • not sure we want to tie deeper into GitHub
  • doesn't feel right managing the repos of other users even if they know full well that it happens
