[APP BUG]: After setting to Simplified Chinese language, the pkg file cannot be recognized. Unable to install pkg file.

Describe the Bug

When the emulator language is set to Simplified Chinese, the pkg file cannot be recognized. Unable to install pkg file.

Reproduction Steps

1.Set the emulator language to Simplified Chinese and save it.
2.Click File to install pkg, and select the directory where pkg file is located.
Then you will find that the identification pkg file is empty and pkg cannot be installed.
