For "Readablestream updates.", we are working on servo/servo#34844, servo/servo#35074 and servo/servo#35040. More to come, and for now there is no need to keep tracking it(work will continue in the background).

The other action points related to graphics and embedding can be thought of under the umbrella of "a modular graphics pipeline" which we will keep tracking at servo/servo#35083, see for example Rendering Context trait: servo/servo#34888
