Create a package for Dappnode so Dappnode users can easily start using Vero as their validator client.

I started looking into this, it will not be as easy as I thought it would.

Dappnode doesn't seem to support a separate validator client / validator client packages.

I've reached out to the Dappnode team who got back to me with "it looks like it would take a significant amount of changes in the Dappmanager".

This issue is therefore on hold indefinitely, at least until this gets closer to being supported on the Dappnode side.

Update: it turns out it may not be that complicated after all. However, support for the Keymanager API is essential -> linking to #6
