Java 7 fix and permission fix

As the title says. Used some java 8 only stuff and also forgot about checking in non op about portals with no perms.

Fixed fall damage issue

Also a permission and command issue.

Lava and portal block bug fixes

Fixed lava and portal portals. Lava would damage players anyway and not put them out after warping.

Also fixed more json errors.

Plugin files have been renamed to lower case so in the folders you will need to rename Config to config, Portals to portals and Destinations to destinations.
