Feature: Additional Text Formatting Options (Desktop App)

Description:
Expand the text formatting options in the desktop app to include:

1. Two font sizes, including a smaller size than the current default.
2. Text alignment options (Right, Left, Center, Justify).
3. At least six color options for text customization.
4. A horizontal line or separator line to divide sections in a document.
