Description:
When loading any page on the web platform, there is a brief flash where the background appears black before transitioning to the intended white background. This creates a noticeable flicker effect that can be visually disruptive for users.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open any page on the web platform.
Observe the background color as the page loads.

Expected Behavior:
The page should load directly with a white background without any intermediate black screen.
