Code relating to waning COVID-19 immunity model

• pomp_handover\pomp contains files (RMD, RData, PDF) relating to the adaptation of the waning COVID-19 immunity model to a pomp framework;
  • working_pomp_code.Rmd contains the most useful/relevant pieces of code;
• pomp_handover\waning_immunity contains files (RMD, PDF, SVG) with the addition of a vaccinated compartment to the waning COVID-19 immunity model;
