Change package name for envelope proto?

The package for the envelope proto is io.intoto, but the envelope described in the package matches a DSSE envelope. I assume there's a historical reason for this, but wanted to ask if there's interest in changing the package name.

I hadn't realized, we should probably change that. I'm not sure if anyone's using the proto definition. FWIW, I own https://dsse.dev.

We've mirrored the proto definition in Sigstore's protobuf spec, which is why I noticed this. It's mostly for generating json, though some clients do use protos.
