Feature request: manually add categorical raster value labels

The labels for a heatmap that has been styled using quantiles and, say, 12 steps, has a legend with arbitrary value labels. In the example below, they should be labeled low to high. It would be nice if I could replace the labels manually with "low", nothing (e.g., a space) and "high".
