<p>Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under the following circumstances:</p>

<li><strong>Non-Delivery:</strong> If I fail to deliver the agreed-upon service (e.g., analysis report, consultation) by the mutually agreed deadline, and no resolution is reached within 7 business days of the missed deadline, you may request a full refund.</li>
<li><strong>Service Not as Described:</strong> If the delivered work significantly deviates from the scope or specifications outlined in our agreement (e.g., via the "Tell Me Your Needs" form or scheduled call), you may request a refund within 5 business days of delivery, provided you notify me of the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it.</li>
<li><strong>Cancellation Before Work Begins:</strong> If you cancel your request before I begin substantive work (e.g., prior to data analysis or consultation scheduling), you are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees).</li>

<p>Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:</p>

<li><strong>Change of Mind:</strong> If you decide you no longer need the service after work has begun or been delivered, no refund will be provided unless the work fails to meet the agreed-upon scope.</li>
<li><strong>Provided Materials:</strong> If you upload data or materials (e.g., via the "Upload Your Data" link) and I complete the work based on that input, no refund will be issued unless the output is materially defective as per Section 2.</li>
<li><strong>Consultation Completed:</strong> If a scheduled call (e.g., via the "Schedule a Call" link) occurs and I provide the agreed-upon advice or insights, the service is considered delivered, and no refund will apply.</li>
</ul>
<h2>4. Refund Process</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>How to Request:</strong> To request a refund, email me at [insert your email] within the applicable timeframe (e.g., 5 business days for service issues, 7 business days for non-delivery).
