Blur is currently the most used NFT exchange by volume. Integrating scroll as a network could cut fees for Blur users while providing a good use alternative use case for Scroll.

Specification

This integration would drive a huge amount of volume to Scroll's network, and diversify its capability. Issues may include technical integration and convincing Blur they should choose scroll as their only L2 partner.
