Make sure you are running Among Us under Proton. On Steam you can check this by right-clicking Among Us in your library → Properties → Compatibility → Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool. You might want to test different Proton versions if you're having issues launching the game.

Open Lutris -> Click Games on the left panel -> Right Click on Among Us in the main panel and -> Configure -> Runner options -> Scroll down to DLL overrides section -> Add -> Click the Key field and enter in your case winhttp.dll -> Click the Value field and enter n,b. Then click Save and start the game.
I am on Linux Fedora I3 X11 and use Lutris to launch my steam games, i put the files in the directory launched the ganme and nothing happened
