Get banned/kicked from the room upon killing as phantom

Hello, when I kill as phantom imp I instantly get kicked from the room and when I try to join back it says I got banned. The owner didn't do this it just happened automatically and only for that room. I can join other rooms just fine.

Does this ban apply to the entire account and is it reported in the Steam?

Same issue here. No it doesnt ban your account or steam/epic.
