Windows 10 Tablet, All Browsers Not Working

Hi, I have recently switched to using some Windows 10 Tablets and the 'Croppic' package does not work, all I get is windows explorer for me to choose a file, rather than the option to open my camera.

This is the same with all browers Chrome, IE, Edge, FF.

The same software works fine the andoid devices i.e. mobiles and tablets.

I have activate all the options for camera within the setting on all the browsers and on the tablet inself.

It is only my Windows 10 tablets that are having problems?

Any ideas?
