For the IETF DP draft, we wrote a new SIG chapter. In the end, we might not be using this for the draft, but this might be a good way to extend and update the existing SIG documentation.

The SIG description in the draft is here: scionassociation/scion-dp_I-D@148adfb (It was added with this issue: scionassociation/scion-dp_I-D#40 )
