Thoughts on automating updates

Having the update here tied to the official update would be great, and this is a place to collect ideas about what would be involved.

For reference, the current procedure is to run nox -s bump -- commit, and then copy-paste the final instructors printed there about making the PR.

If we trigger on a GitHub release, then it will likely fail at least part of the time, since it takes about an hour for all the binaries to get uploaded to the release on GitHub.
