Email forwarding form errors when disabled #879

Describe the bug

A form error messages is flashed when disabling email forwarding

To Reproduce

Go to email/encryption tabs
Click the email forwarding toggle
wait for form to submit, page to reload, notice no message flashed
Click the toggle again

Expected behavior

Forwarding is disabled and a message showing that it was correctly submitted is flashed

Actual behavior

The flashed message says it was an incorrectly submitted form
