Thanks for the release, but it seems Packagist is not properly updated anymore: https://packagist.org/packages/jms/translation-bundle

It's probably because of wrong license inside composer.json.

The proper one should be "license": "Apache-2.0", The fix for that is in minimum sf4 branch.
