Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I add a library that hasn't source jars publishing, I can't view the classes struct defined in the library.
Describe the solution you'd like

Support .class decompiling as disscussed in scalameta/metals#1643

Describe alternatives you've considered

Intergrated with vscode's currently avaliable plugin Java compilder: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=dgileadi.java-decompiler
