Bare metal install route (new build, one executable that starts everything)

Idea Overview

I've been thinking that maybe some people would prefer a bare metal installation route, which we don't currently provide.

If there is any traction on this issue I may go forth and look into creating a new build pipeline that outputs a simple executable file, which when run, starts up everything.

Additional context

I don't think everyone likes running containers for their apps. A simple executable option for running Watcharr may be nice for people who would prefer that.
