[team-admin] Optimize secretProps to config props related with real authentication #533

Change the project setup to be able to config the following props inside secretProps instead of in index.html

data-props-issuerUrl="https://auth.greenhouse-qa.eu-nl-1.cloud.sap/"
data-props-clientId="greenhouse"
