Burnouf Accent Corrections in French words

Odile C., a frequent contributor of corrections, and user of the French dictionaries,
points out that there are many accent errors in the French words in our digitization.

She aided in correcting many of these in the STC dictionary a couple of years ago.

We need to do a similar task for BUR.

This issue is opened as a reminder.

A brief look at bur.txt shows a preliminary step needs to be:

• change the AS encoding that appears within Sanskrit words - identifiable as Sanskrit via italics {%..%} markup.
• change the AS encoding of French words with accents.
  • This is complicated by the use of vertical bar '|' to indicate line breaks
