Elevation issue in Sandman portable (ControlService Start Error 123)

Known Issue
A similar issue was already reported for SbiePlus 0.4.4 portable in paragraph Test 3 - Discovering ControlService Error 123 of this comment: #189 (comment)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure you don't have any other Sandboxie installation or ini files on the system
2. Extract Sandboxie-Plus 0.8.2 into a folder anywhere (using the appropriate portable option in the installer)
3. Launch Sandman.exe with admin priviledge (right click -> run as administrator on the executable)
4. I receive this error message at the startup: Failed to connect to the driver
5. If you go into Sandbox context menu > Maintenance > Advanced > Start driver, I receive the error message: ControlService Start: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. (123)
6. If you go into Sandbox context menu > Maintenance > Advanced > Start service, it doesn't happen anything
7. If you try to uninstall driver & service in order to start driver & service, this won't work at all.

Some additional precautions to prevent this form of admin priviledge in Sandman.exe
