Start with html-View

Hey Sam,

First: Thanks a lot for this awesome Plugin. It's my hero :D It solves a lot of problems.
Okay... so - i've a little Question.
Is it possible that the Editor starts with the html-View? My users are accustomed to write it that way. And most of it didn't like the "normal" View cause they write a lot of html :)

I hope there is an easy way to switch permanently
