Windows Server 2025 GHA runners are now available, in a beta release:

Windows Server 2025 is not currently part of the Salt Project test suite, and is not listed as a supported operating system for Salt.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ensure that Windows Server 2025 is added to CI/CD, and update documentation to add Windows Server 2025 as supported after confirming tests passing in merged test suite:
